The WGCA convention room rate at Planet Hollywood is $110 + tax and $30 daily resort fee (Sunday-Wednesday) and $166 + tax and resort fee (Saturday).  The room block cutoff date will be Thursday, November 13, 2025. Once our room block is filled, there is no guarantee of additional room availability at our convention price.
