FRISCO, Texas (March 20, 2026) – The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the second poll of the Spring 2026 season.

 

In Division I, Stanford University remains the unanimous No. 1 in the poll. University of Southern California holds steady at No. 2, with two wins back-to-back (GameAbove Golf Invitational and Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational). Texas A&M University remains at No. 3, with a runner-up finish at the GameAbove Golf Invitational. University of Florida jumps into the No. 4 spot, with a win at the Gators Invitational. Auburn University holds the No. 5 spot in the poll, after winning the Old Barnwell Derby Match Play and a top-five finish at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate.

 

Wingate University holds on to the top spot in Division II after receiving 15 first-place votes and securing a win at the Jerry Surratt Memorial Intercollegiate. Dallas Baptist University received two first-place votes to remain at No. 2, following a win at the Patriot Invitational. University of Findlay jumps into the No. 3 spot, after a third-place finish at the Jerry Surratt Memorial Intercollegiate and a win at the Findlay Spring Invitational. Anderson University moves to No. 4, with a top-five finish at the Patriot Invitational. University of Texas at Tyler is now sitting in the No. 5 spot in the poll, following a win at the Emerald Coast Collegiate and a fourth-place finish at the Patriot Invitational.

 

In Division III, Carnegie Mellon moves into the No. 1 spot in the poll with 14 first-place votes, following a win at the Savannah Invitational. Emory University sits at No. 2 and received six first-place votes, due to a tied second-place finish at the Savannah Invitational. New York University holds steady at No. 3. Pomona-Pitzer remains in the No. 4 spot, after securing a win at the CLU Regals Invitational. Washington University in St. Louis climbs into the No. 5 spot after tying for second at the Savannah Invitational.

 

At the NAIA level, Keiser University remains the unanimous No. 1, following a win at the Kona Ice Keiser Cup. Dalton State College sits at No. 2, after a runner-up finish at the Currahee Club Invitational. SCAD Savannah jumps into the No. 3 spot, due to a win at the Currahee Club Invitational and a fifth-place finish at the Oldfield Intercollegiate.
