The Women's Golf Coaches Association is governed by a 17 member Board of Directors including women's collegiate golf coaches at Division I, II, III and NAIA institutions. The WGCA Headquarters is based in Frisco, TX and is staffed by Courtney Trimble, CEO, Emma Bryant, Marketing and Operations Manager, and Holly Clark, Director of Membership.
