Please join us for the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Member Convention and specifically our Corporate Partner Exhibit Showcase on Tuesday evening, December 9, 2025 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

The Expo will be taking place during our annual Member Convention which attracts over 200 women’s collegiate golf coaches from NCAA Division I, II and III institutions along with member coaches from NAIA and NJCAA programs. A booth at the WGCA Corporate Partner Expo is included in our Membership Partner package, priced at $1,650 per year. This includes:

• 10’ long x 10’ deep booth
• 6’ skirted table
• Two chairs and wastebasket
• Identification sign
• Three (3) name badges per booth
• Listing on WGCA web site as a Membership Partner with company contact information and/or link to company web site
• Access to an attendance roster of all WGCA member coaches that attend the convention provided on-site at Convention
• Up to (10) advertising opportunities via email distribution to all WGCA members. Email content provided by Sponsor. Email sent by WGCA

The 2025 WGCA Corporate Partner Expo will take place on Tuesday, December 9 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. 

• 11:30am - 3:30pm: Set-up/Installation
• 3:30pm - 7:30pm: Expo Open
• 7:30pm: Move Out

The WGCA has secured a limited number of rooms at the discounted group rate of $110 per night for single/double accommodations. Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel by calling (866) 317-1829 and mentioning group code SMWGC5 to be eligible for these special rates. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations must be made by Thursday, November 13, 2025 to guarantee these special rates. Reservations made after November 13, 2025, are subject to room and rate availability.

 

Payments, Cancellations, and refunds

All applications must be received with full payment to be processed. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to WGCA. Cancellations received on or before November 21, 2025 will receive a refund minus a $200 processing fee.

Absolutely no refunds will be made after November 21, 2025.

 

Exhibitor rules and regulations

The WGCA is committed to providing each exhibitor an equal opportunity to present its products and services and providing our members access to high-quality services and products. These Contract Conditions/Rules & Regulations have been established to ensure these goals. Every effort will be made to accommodate written requests for exceptions in light of the restrictions imposed by aisle traffic, neighboring exhibits, and the general character of the showcase.
